Here’s our lastest flip house
We’ve got a new flip house!
((drum roll please))…. Ladies and Gentlemen, please give a nice round of applause to:
MOUSE HOUSE
Affectionately named thus due to several critters living in the kitchen walls. yay.
Isn’t she beautiful?
The house is approximately 2100 square feet and sits on almost 1.5 acres in an awesome school district (I may be a teensy bit biased since my kiddos go to school there) but really, when buying a house to flip for profit, your number one concern is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
Hubby has just finished up on most of the demo inside and is starting to build walls, etc… Should be a fun project and we’re looking forward to fixing this house up and selling it for a profit next spring. Come back later this week to see the inside of this beauty!
How about you – have you ever done any renovating? Looking to start or finish any house projects this winter? Leave me a comment and let’s talk house!

This exterior is going to look amazing once you do your thing on it! I can’t wait to see what you do!!
thank you so much Emily! The exterior is half done – dh painted the brick and it looks FABULOUS! He was hesitant at first since he’s such a die hard brick guy, but that brick was so UGLY. Can’t wait to show you guys the finished look, hopefully soon 🙂
THANKS FOR YOUR BLOG. GOD BLESS.
I appreciate all the coverage I can get of you two. I have had the fortune of designing my own home and having it built as well as revamping a forelorn house in the mountains. Now I am faced with a tired house at the beach, don’t know what I’ll do…… any ideas for me?
