Walmart Fall Decor
Summer will always be my favorite season, but fall has a place in my heart as well. Seeing the leaves change to deep shades of russet and gold, gives me the urge to start warming up my interior spaces.
But as my kids’ school and sports schedules also heat up, I need quick and easy decorating solutions. I don’t have time to spend hours visiting multiple stores for home decor.
Luckily I was able to bring some cozy fall vibes into my space with just a few simple touches from Walmart! Keep reading for some of my favorite fall decorating ideas that won’t break the bank.

Add Color with Pillows

I’m not a big fan of the typical bright orange or yellow fall colors, so I went with a more muted color palette this year. Soft tones like beige, ivory, blush pink, and sienna fit my style and create a sense of calmness in our living room.
And we can definitely use all the calm cozy vibes we can get!
I was able to order all these pillows from Walmart and receive them in just a few days. I have been really impressed with their home decor selection lately. My favorite might be this ivory pillow with tassels. It adds so much texture and it’s under $16 bucks!

Make it Functional
As I get older, I find myself gravitating more and more to multi-functional items that can serve double duty. And everyone needs more storage. And baskets just seem so fall-ish, right?
This open weave round basket comes in two sizes and the round version is the perfect size to store extra throw blankets. My mother-in-law made this one for us last year (I know, she’s crazy talented!) but here’s a similar option and I love this faux fur throw in soft brown too!
Soothe the Senses
Farm Apple Pumpkin Candle
My kids always know it’s fall when I start bringing out the yummy smelling candles! There’s just something so comforting about lighting candles at the end of a long day. Or any time of day really.
This Farm Apple Pumpkin candle is actually lit right now in the center of our dining table as my daughter does her Zoom classes. It’s a dreary rainy day here, and lighting candles helps lift our mood and soothe our senses.
And the smell is amaaaazing! It’s like I just baked a warm cinnamon apple pie. Except I didn’t.
My poor hubby is going to be so disappointed when he gets home!
I also smelled this candle in my local Walmart store the other day and it smells amazing too. And I love the crackling sound the wood wick makes. It’s a great alternative if you don’t have a wood-burning fireplace.
I also grabbed this rustic bark picture frame and popped in one of my favorite pics of the kids. This girl is going to be 16 in a few days and having this pic front and center in our living room just brings back so many memories ❤️
